This course is designed for experienced IT professionals, providing an insight into the required skills to manage and deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Attendees of this course will gain an in-depth understanding of the methodologies to create a customer organizational structure, learn how deploy and administer the Dynamics 365 environment, integrate Dynamics 365 with other applications such as SharePoint and Exchange, and integrate with Microsoft Outlook and Dynamics 365 mobile apps.
The course applies to both Business and Enterprise Editions of Dynamics 365 as well as Online and On-premise deployments. This course considers V9.* releases of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.

This module introduces the concept of customer engagement online deployment for Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will learn about the tools and resources that are available to IT professionals and developers as well as best practice methodologies and fundamentals.

This module introduces the concept of designing and creating the customer organizational structure for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. You will learn how to create and implement an Organizational Deployment Plan as well as design and execute a Data Import Strategy.

This module looks at the approach to deploy, manage and support a Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Outlook environment, including configuration of the Outlook client components and synchronized fields.

This module looks at different approaches to deploy, manage and support a Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Mobile environment, including configuration of the Dynamics 365 Phone and Tablet Apps.

Students should have an existing working knowledge of either Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Microsoft Dynamics CRM. As a minimum, students should attend the prerequisite course ‘Introduction to Microsoft Dynamics 365’.
This course is intended for Technical students, Administrators and Developers. Students should have an existing working knowledge of Microsoft .Net and Visual Studio.
After completing this course, students will be able to:
